Location: Hybrid or office in Limassol (readiness to work in office required)

What you will do
- Plan and manage LiveOps calendar (events, offers, seasonal content, collaborations)
- Lead LiveOps team: task management, prioritization, 1:1s, and development
- Own impact of activities on key metrics: retention, engagement, monetization
- Oversee quality, balance of events, rewards, offers; work with analytics and A/B tests
- Synchronize with product, economy, design, dev, publishing teams; form content requests
- Manage full content production cycle, establish processes across teams and platforms
Requirements
- Readiness to work in office in Limassol
- Native Russian language
- 2+ years in LiveOps, monetization, or game design in F2P products
- Experience on released live products and managing a team
- Strong understanding of LiveOps systems, key metrics (retention D1/D7/D30/D90, ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, etc.)
- Experience with LiveOps calendar, analytics, A/B testing, cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to build processes in uncertain environments
Nice to have
- Experience in F2P mobile games
- Work with in-game economy systems
- Managing high-frequency content and release cadence
