What you will do

• Develop and maintain core backend components in C++ for a mission-critical transfusion management system.
• Own feature development and bug fixing across multiple modules to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and QA within an Agile development process.
• Contribute to Android application development using Java or build expertise in mobile workflows.
• Analyze and refactor legacy codebases to identify opportunities for optimization and technical improvement.
• Work with MS SQL and T-SQL for data processing and system integration.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial software development experience with strong C++ proficiency.
• Practical experience with Android development in Java or a strong ability to learn mobile development.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably MS SQL and T-SQL.
• Hands-on experience working with large codebases and legacy systems.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher for team communication.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine.
