TL;DR

Data Analyst (Operations): Own the data and reporting layer for Merchant Operations, replacing manual spreadsheets with automated Looker dashboards and scalable data models. Focus on building analytics infrastructure for KYC, Customer Support, Technical Operations, Fraud, Complaints, and Quality teams, translating multi-source data into trusted reporting.

Location: Riga, Latvia (HQ2, onsite)

What you will do

• Build and maintain Looker dashboards and LookML models for operational teams, replacing manual spreadsheet reports with self-serve analytics
• Write and optimize BigQuery SQL for reporting on ticket volumes, SLA compliance, agent performance, CSAT, handle times, and quality scores
• Audit and automate spreadsheet workflows using Looker and Zendesk integrations
• Design Zendesk reporting logic via Explore, APIs, or direct querying for queue and team performance visibility
• Partner with operational leads to define, instrument, and document key metrics as a single source of truth
• Deliver ad hoc analysis and data pulls for operational decisions, escalations, and planning

Requirements

• Located in Riga, Latvia
• Strong BigQuery SQL skills and hands-on Looker experience including LookML
• Deep familiarity with Zendesk or similar service desk systems and reporting
• Track record of automating manual reporting and reducing spreadsheet dependence
• Comfortable working across multiple teams, managing priorities and stakeholders
• Experience with BI tools and communicating with non-technical stakeholders

• Familiarity with Zendesk and Bob integrations or similar tooling
