What you will do

• Develop new algorithms to implement scientific solutions for complex business problems.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to drive step-change innovation.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of scientists and engineers.
• Define metrics and design algorithms to estimate customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Create and deliver projects that can be scaled from local levels to EMEA or worldwide.
• Prepare and share data findings through technical papers and presentations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Masters degree or PhD in computer science, mathematics, statistics, machine learning, or related fields.
• Fluent English (speaking, writing, and reading).
• Experience with data scripting languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience in big data processing, filtering, and presenting large datasets.
• Ability to implement algorithms using both toolkits and self-developed code.
• Must be available to work onsite in Tel Aviv.

Nice to have

• Experience in optimization (LP, MIP), statistics, machine learning, or process control.
• Proficiency with statistical/mathematical software like SAS or Matlab.
