Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior / Pro Level Security Systems Technician to join our team in Limassol. This is a hands-on, field-based role requiring an experienced engineer who can independently install, connect, and commission security systems on residential and commercial properties. This is not an assistant position or a cable-pulling role — we need a specialist who understands the complete system architecture and can work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission IP CCTV systems (Hikvision, Dahua, Ajax), including camera mounting, crimping, patching, NVR setup, remote access configuration, port forwarding, and DDNS
• Install and program alarm systems (Ajax, Hikvision), including sensor installation, panel programming, zone configuration, scenarios, and mobile app integration
• Install access control systems, including electromagnetic locks, readers, controllers, and network integration
• Run cable infrastructure (UTP Cat5e/Cat6) and power cabling (12V/24V), including installation in conduits, cable trays, and walls

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience installing security systems
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and connection schematics
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, PoE, routers, port forwarding, and remote NVR access
• Ability to independently diagnose and troubleshoot system faults
• Proficient with tools, mounting hardware, and working safely on ladders
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with VPN configuration and remote access setup
• Experience integrating multiple security systems together
• Background with networking equipment
• Experience working on commercial projects
• Ability to communicate in Russian/English or Russian/Greek
