What you will do

• Develop and execute monetization strategies to maximize revenue and player engagement.
• Plan and execute product launches and LiveOps calendars to meet KPIs and revenue targets.
• Analyze and optimize pricing models, monetization mechanics, and promotions based on data insights.
• Coordinate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to align monetization efforts with goals.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify growth trends and new opportunities.
• Lead monetization projects aimed at enhancing the player experience and lifetime value.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Monetization Specialist in the gaming industry.
• Proven background in product monetization and marketing strategy execution.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
• English: High proficiency (both written and spoken) required.
• Ability to take full ownership of projects from ideation to execution.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Nice to have

• Experience in LiveOps planning and revenue forecasting.
• Familiarity with social casino or casual free-to-play game models.
• Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the gaming industry.
