Salary: CZK 960,000 – 1,320,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for scoped features, including the discovery and prototyping of AI-powered workflows.
• Plan and execute independent usability testing and apply findings to iterate on designs.
• Translate complex requirements into well-structured user flows, interaction models, and high-fidelity designs.
• Maintain and evolve the design system by translating real-world usage patterns into a library of layout best practices.
• Collaborate with PMs and Engineers to shape feature requirements and evaluate technical feasibility.
• Analyze UX metrics such as task success rates and time-to-value to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant design experience.
• Proven expertise in designing complex B2B or enterprise web applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to translate business goals into reasoned UX solutions.
• Experience contributing to design system governance and component libraries.
• Strong English proficiency for communication with international stakeholders.
• Valid work permit for the Czech Republic.

• Active and curious use of Claude, ChatGPT, or other LLMs within a professional design workflow.
