What you will do
- Bridge visual and technical architecture within Unity.
- Manage and implement 3D models, prefab setup, rigging, and animation integration.
- Create VFX and shaders to define the project's visual identity.
- Profile scenes and optimize assets for performance.
- Automate workflows and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Collaborate with art and development teams.
Requirements
- Strong artistic eye for lighting, composition, and color theory.
- Solid understanding of 3D modeling, rigging, animation, and UV mapping.
- Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving.
- Curiosity about performance, rendering pipelines, and asset optimization.
Nice to have
- Experience with Unity, C#, or HLSL/GLSL.
- Familiarity with VFX Graph and Shader Graph.
- Knowledge of performance profiling and reducing draw calls.
- Portfolio showcasing your work.
