Location: Hybrid in Dresden, Germany (office in city center and work from home flexibility)

What you will do
- Develop software solutions as part of an agile team of up to 8 members including developers, testers, Product Owner, and Scrum Master.
- Implement creative solutions for customer problems in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Shape working environment and processes for continuous improvement.
- Craft high-quality, efficient, performant, and scalable software.
- Balance speed of delivery with technical debt management.
- Mentor and help other developers grow.
Requirements
- Located in or able to work hybrid from Dresden office.
- Experience in software development or degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science.
- Perseverance to dive into problems, find and scale solutions.
- Interest in modern software development and technologies.
- Comfort with .NET stack (C#, .NET 6, WPF, gRPC, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, MS-SQL Server) and React.

- Experience with global collaboration and travel to USA/China teams.
