• Develop monetization, system, and economy designs for new game projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Monetization Designer in the gaming industry.
• Strong expertise in IAP-driven game monetization and economy design.
• Solid background in economics, statistics, and simulation approaches.
• Proficiency in making data-driven decisions and strong analytical thinking.
• Deep understanding of game design fundamentals.
