What you will do

• Design, manage, and automate network services using Infrastructure as Code and GitOps to replace manual administration.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments.
• Automate processes for network management, firewalling, segmentation, monitoring, and capacity management.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, and compute teams on architectural decisions and technological innovations.
• Contribute to continuity, security, and performance of the digital infrastructure supporting education and research.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of networking and network management in complex infrastructures.
• Demonstrable experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Git, NetBox).
• Experience with automation and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios or similar).
• Knowledge of network segmentation, firewalling, and security best practices.
• Structured approach, ownership, and ability to explain technical decisions clearly.

Nice to have

• CCNP Automation certification.
