What you will do

  • Drive business features from technical hand-off to production release, including reviewing specs and preparing solution designs.
  • Provide estimates, meet deadlines, test code, support QA, fix bugs, and conduct demos.
  • Maintain product architecture, manage technical debt, and ensure fast, secure application performance.
  • Conduct and pass thorough code reviews while collaborating with Product, QA, Backend, and Architecture teams.
  • Support app store releases and monitor live app performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years commercial Flutter & Dart experience with strong widgets, navigation, state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod), animations, responsive UI.
  • Basic platform channels and native integrations (Android/iOS); mobile lifecycle, performance optimization, debugging tools.
  • Unit/widget tests, crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry); clean code, SOLID, design patterns, code reviews.
  • CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Codemagic), app store submissions; REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2, backend collaboration.
  • Git workflows, Agile (Jira, Scrum, Kanban); English B2+ for cross-functional communication, fluent Russian.
