What you will do

• Define test structures, processes, and documentation standards for the project.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases tailored to specific business needs and use cases.
• Conduct end-to-end business testing and execute regression tests to ensure system stability.
• Perform integration testing with third parties and manage defect resolution.
• Coordinate bug fixing and report progress to stakeholders and test coordinators.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, IT counterparts, and eCommerce colleagues to refine acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or economics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA Analyst Ecom UAT.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Proven experience in test planning, execution, and reporting best practices.
• Proficiency with bug tracking systems and test management tools, ideally Azure DevOps Test Plans.
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Customer Master Data Management, CRM, and Loyalty Programs.
• Knowledge of test automation strategies and low-code automation tools.
