What you will do

• Lead the Mobile team in delivering beautifully designed iOS and Android applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to execute product strategy and ensure a high-quality user experience.
• Mentor mobile engineers, supporting their professional growth and career development.
• Plan and scope engineering work, ensuring commitments are met through effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Continuously refine and optimize team workflows and processes to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading mobile development teams and a track record of mentoring engineers.
• Deep knowledge of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
• Strong expertise in Swift and SwiftUI, plus a solid understanding of Kotlin and the Android ecosystem.
• Experience leveraging and integrating Agentic AI into engineering workflows to accelerate the SDLC.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work from the Munich office in a hybrid setup.
