What you will do

  • Adopt best practices like TDD, pair programming, and design patterns to write clean, reusable code.
  • Drive continuous delivery to provide high-quality software and value to customers early.
  • Integrate AI tools throughout the development lifecycle to enhance productivity and code quality.
  • Build innovative customer experiences and large-scale distributed systems from microservices in collaborative teams.
  • Apply latest technology from Technology Radar, utilize DevSecOps tools, and oversee full software delivery cycle.
  • Mentor junior peers through technical knowledge and leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience with Java and Object-Oriented programming.
  • Skill in writing high-quality, well-tested code.
  • Open mindset toward AI, integrating AI tools into workflows.
  • Comfort with Agile methodologies like XP, Scrum, or Kanban.
  • Awareness of TDD, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
  • Ability to influence others, advocate technical excellence, and handle ambiguity.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker.
  • Presence in external tech community via speaking, open source, blogs.
