What you will do
- Execute day-to-day operational banking tasks in a regulated environment.
- Handle and resolve inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the onboarding process for new client relationships.
- Maintain and update client lifecycle data to ensure accuracy.
- Process payment transactions and securities trades.
- Manage account closures and credit/debit card-related activities.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in operations within Wealth Management or a comparable environment.
- Full professional proficiency (C1) in both German and English.
- Accurate, structured, and reliable working style.
- Ability to manage high volumes and work under pressure while maintaining quality.
- Strong attention to detail and high quality awareness.
