What you will do

  • Execute day-to-day operational banking tasks in a regulated environment.
  • Handle and resolve inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the onboarding process for new client relationships.
  • Maintain and update client lifecycle data to ensure accuracy.
  • Process payment transactions and securities trades.
  • Manage account closures and credit/debit card-related activities.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in operations within Wealth Management or a comparable environment.
  • Full professional proficiency (C1) in both German and English.
  • Accurate, structured, and reliable working style.
  • Ability to manage high volumes and work under pressure while maintaining quality.
  • Strong attention to detail and high quality awareness.
