What you will do

• Manage the implementation of delegated education projects, including budgeting, documentation, and technical quality assurance.
• Coordinate field-level assessments, progress tracking, and community mobilization.
• Develop activity plans, proposals, and narrative reports for management and donors.
• Collaborate and communicate daily with the Ministry of Education, local authorities, and education partners.
• Oversee the procurement and distribution of educational training modules, materials, and equipment.
• Provide job training and capacity building for project assistants, teachers, and community leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in the education sector.
• Practical experience in humanitarian assistance and working with marginalized groups.
• Strong knowledge of Kenya’s education system and policies, specifically at the primary level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
