What you will do

• Develop and execute social media strategies focused on growth, especially Instagram and YouTube, by identifying trends and pitching content ideas.
• Monitor recordings in real time to select clips, mark timecodes, review edits, and ensure prompt posting aligned with Allie's voice.
• Create or oversee graphics, coordinate with editors and producers for assets from podcasts, interviews, and events.
• Maintain posting calendars, manage paid ads with sales team, and track promotional deliverables.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content during travel and contribute to long-term brand development.

Requirements

• Background in social strategy for public figures or digital brands, especially political/conservative content.
• Experience growing large accounts (100K+ followers), using analytics, and platform insights (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, TikTok).
• Skills in clip selection, timecode marking, freelancer management, basic graphics, and quick execution under pressure.
• Comfort with nontraditional hours, including evenings, based on news cycles.
• Strong intuition for audience resonance in conservative, faith-aligned spaces and self-starting communication style.
