What you will do
- Take ownership of end-to-end UX process for multiple products, from discovery and research to high-fidelity design
- Translate business objectives and user needs into clear, actionable design strategies and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, development, and business stakeholders
- Mentor and support other designers, fostering collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement
- Champion user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Advocate for design consistency and shared standards across the product portfolio
- Proactively identify opportunities for strategic improvements in product and process
Requirements
- Experience in UX design for professional software, ideally in construction or AEC industry
- Strong skills in user research, usability testing, and end-to-end design process
- Ability to collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams
- Mentoring and leadership experience in design teams
- Location: Hybrid in Bratislava, Slovakia
