What you will do

• Develop and lead the global community strategy aligned with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing goals.
• Select, implement, and optimize a community technology platform (e.g., Gainsight, Khoros, or Higher Logic).
• Launch and manage the community to drive growth in participation and content contribution.
• Design and execute programs including user groups, virtual events, and ambassador initiatives.
• Establish governance, moderation, and measurement frameworks to ensure a safe and inclusive environment.
• Build and lead a team of community and advocacy specialists to scale global programs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in community management, customer success, or customer marketing.
• At least 3 years leading community or advocacy programs for a SaaS or technology company.
• Proven track record of building and scaling customer communities from inception.
• Deep understanding of community platforms, online engagement dynamics, and advocacy best practices.
• Analytical approach with experience managing KPIs and using data to improve performance.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities.
