What you will do

• Provide L2L3 production support for SAP OTC processes, including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, and Returns.
• Support Brazil-specific pricing, billing, and integration with Brazil localization (Nota Fiscal).
• Troubleshoot and resolve OTC incidents, billing errors, and integration failures within defined SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to minimize recurring issues.
• Manage change requests, minor enhancements, testing, and transports.
• Collaborate with business users, finance, tax teams, and local Brazil SMEs, coordinating with ABAP and localization vendors.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of SAP experience with a strong focus on OTC SD.
• Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or S4HANA AMS support.
• Proven experience with Brazil SAP localization and tax changes.
• Strong understanding of pricing, billing, taxes, and compliance impacts on OTC.
• Experience with Service Now and JIRA for incident and change management.
• Ability to work in global multi-time zone support models.
