hirify.global’s Clandeboye site is one of the largest manufacturing facilities, employing over 1250 people and processing up to 13 million litres of milk daily during peak season.

What you will do

  • Partner with site leaders to influence strategic thinking and embed people strategy into operations.
  • Drive high-performance culture, lead change initiatives, and design organizational solutions.
  • Coach leaders as a trusted advisor and champion employee engagement.
  • Develop people strategies using data and insights to solve business challenges.
  • Embed workforce planning and capability building across unionised workforces.

Requirements

  • Must be located in New Zealand, hybrid work at Clandeboye site
  • Strategic thinker with deep business insight and passion for enabling performance.
  • Experience leading culture transformation in complex, unionised environments.
  • Strong influencing skills, thought leadership, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Proficiency in workforce planning, capability development, and data-driven strategy.
  • Business-focused with employee-centric approach and execution drive.
