What you will do

• Manage cases and tasks using ITSM tools to ensure operational efficiency.
• Handle the full lifecycle of accounts (creation, modification, and deactivation) in Active Directory.
• Administer access across various business applications and IT platforms.
• Manage Microsoft 365 licenses and account administration.
• Execute security controls and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience as a Help Desk Analyst or Access Management Analyst.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory for account and permission administration.
• Knowledge of SSO (Single Sign-On) and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication).
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles (confidentiality, integrity, availability) and access governance (least privilege, segregation of duties).
• Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, and role change processes.
