What you will do
- Guide customers through account setup, configurations, and data/file migrations.
- Deliver onboarding and feature-specific training via calls, screen shares, and emails.
- Track goals, progress, and provide data-driven insights from implementation clients.
- Proactively encourage software adoption with use cases and best practices in first 30-60 days.
- Facilitate handoff to assigned Customer Success Managers post-implementation.
- Act as product and industry expert, handle on-the-fly troubleshooting, and document use cases.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- 3-5+ years of implementation experience
- 2+ years of SaaS industry experience
- Strong ownership, accountability, project management, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with positive outlook and solution-oriented mindset
Nice to have
- Advanced MS Excel skills

Hiring process
