What you will do

• Guide customers through account setup, configurations, and data/file migrations.
• Deliver onboarding and feature-specific training via calls, screen shares, and emails.
• Track goals, progress, and provide data-driven insights from implementation clients.
• Proactively encourage software adoption with use cases and best practices in first 30-60 days.
• Facilitate handoff to assigned Customer Success Managers post-implementation.
• Act as product and industry expert, handle on-the-fly troubleshooting, and document use cases.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• 3-5+ years of implementation experience
• 2+ years of SaaS industry experience
• Strong ownership, accountability, project management, and organizational skills
• Self-starter with positive outlook and solution-oriented mindset

Nice to have

• Advanced MS Excel skills
