What you will do

• Design and maintain dashboards, curated datasets, and data marts for B2B reporting and analytics.
• Build and manage ETL/ELT transformations to ensure data scalability and accuracy for reporting.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data models for financial reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis to resolve production issues.
• Optimize queries and data models to improve reliability and user experience.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to align on technical requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Strong SQL skills for writing efficient and maintainable queries for complex reporting use cases.
• Experience with ETL/ELT development using Python, Airflow, or similar orchestration tools.
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts including fact/dimension design and grain definition.
• English: Proficient communication skills required for documenting and collaborating with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake, including clustering and materialized views.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD practices using Git, Jenkins, or Terraform.
• Experience designing BI products that support self-service analytics.
