What you will do

• Define and execute the global AP target operating model and restructure processes.
• Lead rollout of new P2P platform and align AP with Procurement and Treasury teams.
• Implement AP automation, invoice processing solutions, and reduce manual interventions.
• Manage global payment processes and integrate with treasury management system.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and scalable model for onboarding new entities.
• Build and develop high-performing global AP teams with focus on digital capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in global AP or P2P operations.
• Track record in transforming finance operations at scale.
• Experience with ERP and P2P platforms.
• Ability to operate at intersection of finance, procurement, and technology.
• Strong change leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Pragmatic, hands-on leadership with strategic thinking.
