Focus on managing full design lifecycle from concept to execution, pitching creative solutions, and delivering high-impact results aligned with marketing strategies.

Location: Milan, Italy (hybrid: remote from home and onsite at client’s premises)

What you will do

• Produce beautiful and innovative designs for digital & offline channels (OOH, POS mainly).
• Manage full design lifecycle from concept to execution.
• Develop understanding of target audiences and client's marketing strategy for high-impact results.
• Pitch creative solutions in response to marketing strategies.
• Oversee preparation of finished files compliant with output specifications.

Requirements

• Italian speaker and English fluent
• Passion for design and conception
• Deep understanding of retail and digital/online channels
• Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to completion
• Consistent record of delivering design projects within deadlines
• Excellent Adobe CS skills and on-/offline design experience with digital emphasis

Nice to have

• Understanding of design principles, UX/UI, Responsive Design trends
• Working knowledge of After Effects animation
• Passionate about AI and learning new trends
