Chief Operating Officer (Healthtech)

Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, or Riga). For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.

Salary: 8,000–10,000 EUR/month gross plus performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead operational execution across teams to drive efficiency and smooth delivery.
• Build and optimize scalable processes to support fast, complex growth.
• Own annual and quarterly planning cycles, including resource allocation, budgeting, and corporate finance oversight.
• Partner with Tech and Data leadership to align operational execution with strategic priorities.
• Collaborate on PaymentOps, financial operations, and supply chain-related topics.
• Establish internal centers of excellence for operational best practices while working closely with the CEO.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role (COO, Head of Operations, VP Ops, GM) within a scaling tech or product company.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and operational planning.
• Experience working closely with Tech and Data organizations.
• Ability to design and implement processes that improve execution and accountability.
• Strong leadership skills with a structured and calm approach.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
