What you will do

• Build and optimize high-throughput data processing applications and pipelines using Kafka and Flink.
• Design and iterate on scalable backend microservices for the ads platform.
• Ensure operational excellence, low latency, and reliability for core advertising services.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define API designs and system architecture.
• Implement technical solutions for data governance and privacy compliance.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience with distributed data processing frameworks and OLAP databases.
• 3+ years of experience in backend systems for high-traffic web services.
• Proven ability to architect data solutions on AWS, including CI/CD and infrastructure tuning.
• Business-level English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of AdTech metrics, pixel tracking, or billing systems.
• Experience with data governance regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and Data Clean Rooms.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and AI Agents.
