What you will do

• Develop and maintain back-end services using Ruby on Rails for scalable healthcare solutions.
• Design and enhance APIs and integrations with external healthcare and third-party platforms.
• Build and improve responsive Web UI components using React to ensure smooth user experiences.
• Optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and data structures for performance.
• Contribute to cloud-based infrastructure improvements using AWS services and Elasticsearch.
• Translate product needs into practical engineering solutions throughout the full development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
• Practical experience with React and modern Web UI development approaches.
• Familiarity with REST API development and external system integrations.
• Experience with AWS services and Elasticsearch in production or development environments.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required for daily communication in an international environment.

• Exposure to Next.js development.
