What you will do

• Deliver professional customer service by handling daily inquiries and service requests via calls and emails
• Prepare sales/service documents including quotations, contracts, and tenders with high data accuracy
• Coordinate with service team for timely information delivery, SAP input, job verification, and payment follow-up
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and other administration tasks as assigned

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in client service operations (medical device/healthcare preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills in Cantonese and English
• Proficient in Excel (lookup, pivot tables); SAP experience preferred
• Proactive problem-solving mindset, ability to work independently and in a team
