What you will do
- Deliver professional customer service by handling daily inquiries and service requests via calls and emails
- Prepare sales/service documents including quotations, contracts, and tenders with high data accuracy
- Coordinate with service team for timely information delivery, SAP input, job verification, and payment follow-up
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and other administration tasks as assigned
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in client service operations (medical device/healthcare preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills in Cantonese and English
- Proficient in Excel (lookup, pivot tables); SAP experience preferred
- Proactive problem-solving mindset, ability to work independently and in a team
