Manufacturing Team Lead

Focus on supporting continuous improvement, addressing operational issues, and integrating new products through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (onsite, physical presence during scheduled shifts required)

What you will do

• Provide leadership on the manufacturing floor and manage daily performance.
• Coach associates to meet goals in safety, quality, service, and cost.
• Administer policies, facilitate meetings, and promote inclusive culture.
• Support training, skill development, and staffing decisions.
• Improve KPIs like OEE, efficiency, scrap, and schedule adherence.
• Lead safety investigations, quality problem-solving, and Kaizen events.
• Collaborate with engineering and planning on new products and equipment.

Requirements

• HS/Secondary school with 0-1 years of related experience.
• Conduct testing, inspection, and maintain production records per instructions.
• Follow SOPs, safety regulations, and maintain work area cleanliness.
• Adhere to shift schedules and production timelines with physical presence required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP and shop-floor systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing.
• Lean, Six Sigma, structured problem-solving (5Y, fishbone).
• Mechanical aptitude.
