Ads & Monetisation Manager: Help shape strategy and lead product go-to-markets for hirify.global’s Ads & Monetisation business with an accent on balancing growth, merchant success, and platform profitability. Focus on turning data into actionable insights, bridging commercial/product/data teams, and defining KPI frameworks for revenue growth.

Location: Tallinn, Estonia (hybrid model with at least 12 monthly in-office days)

What you will do

  • Shape Ads & Monetisation strategy balancing growth, merchant success, and profitability.
  • Lead product go-to-markets and testing: define playbooks, launch plans, readiness, communications, and iteration.
  • Turn data into insights, forecasts, and business cases to guide decisions.
  • Bridge commercial, product, and data teams as project manager for concurrent workstreams.
  • Create market feedback loops to inform roadmap prioritisation.
  • Define KPI frameworks for data assets, BI, reporting, and AI tooling.

Requirements

  • Around 8 years in RevOps, GTM, Program/Project Management in marketplaces, e-commerce, B2B SaaS, AdTech, or Retail Media
  • Proven track record launching revenue products across markets and segments.
  • Strong program management: structure, dependencies, fast decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Commercial; influence via data.
  • Highly analytical: strong SQL, data modelling, analysis, visualisation.
  • High ownership, communication, pragmatic in fast-paced ambiguity; daily AI use expected.
