What you will do

• Gather and analyse solution requirements ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop detailed system designs, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and product teams for successful implementations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, user guides, and manuals.
• Support user acceptance testing by creating test cases, reviewing results, and resolving issues.

Requirements

• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
• Expertise in gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements and functional specifications.
• Strong experience in system architecture diagrams, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in SQL, UML, BPMN, JIRA, Confluence or similar.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; minimum 3 years experience as System Analyst.
