What you will do

• Research emerging threats and high-profile vulnerabilities to develop detection tooling and intelligence.
• Assess vulnerabilities for remote network-based detection viability.
• Reverse engineer software and patches to identify new detection methods.
• Develop plugins, tools, and techniques for vulnerability detection and product fingerprinting.
• Drive innovation, provide technical leadership, mentor juniors, and improve processes.
• Communicate techniques and risks to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related; Master's preferred.
• Experience in vulnerability research, penetration testing, and exploit development.
• Knowledge of threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Proven innovation in vulnerability research and leading technical projects.
• Broad knowledge of information security and network protocols.
• Experience in network-based vulnerability detection and source code analysis.
• Familiarity with software reverse engineering and patch diffing.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Python programming.
