What you will do

• Design and implement efficient, reliable, and scalable AI Agent system architectures.
• Develop core modules for AI Agents, including task planning, tool usage (APIs, functions), memory mechanisms, and multi-step reasoning.
• Integrate various LLMs (GPT, Claude, DeepSeek) using prompt engineering and chain-of-thought optimization to build complex workflows.
• Develop and manage a tool ecosystem including web search, database queries, and code execution.
• Establish scientific evaluation frameworks for continuous testing and iterative optimization of agent performance and safety.
• Research and apply cutting-edge advancements in the AI Agent field, such as ReAct, COT, and LangChain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python programming with solid software engineering skills and good coding practices.
• Hands-on experience in application development using Large Language Models (LLMs) and common LLM APIs.
• Understanding of fundamental AI Agent frameworks and concepts, such as ReAct and Tool Use.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, teamwork spirit, and communication abilities.

Nice to have

• Project experience with AI Agent frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Familiarity with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology.
• Understanding and application experience with multimodal models (vision, speech).
• Relevant open-source projects on GitHub or a technical blog demonstrating passion for AI.
