What you will do

• Lead the creative process from concept to execution for global product launches.
• Define and uphold visual standards and brand consistency across all assets.
• Direct global advertising campaigns across Marketing, eTail, Retail, PR, and Social channels.
• Manage multidisciplinary in-house teams including motion designers, art directors, and copywriters.
• Oversee external CGI and production agencies to ensure high-quality output.
• Integrate AI workflows to enhance creative development and production.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in art direction, preferably with an agency background in advertising or film.
• Degree in Film, Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record of leading launch and sustain campaigns for consumer tech or gaming brands.
• Deep expertise in CGI workflows and storytelling through video and photography.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing creative talent and complex workflows.
• Proficiency with the latest AI tools for creative production.
