What you will do

• Define detailed process steps and manage process deviations within the data management domain.
• Promote process standardization and support regions/sites in scope validation and evaluation.
• Manage the design of new requirements and communicate strategic decisions across the organization.
• Coordinate and actively lead the global key user network.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for local key users, managing the full lifecycle of deliverables from creation to training.

Requirements

• University degree in business informatics, business administration, engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in SAP Data Management or a similar environment.
• Expertise in analyzing business processes and solving complex problems with IT and key users.
• Strong skills in the elicitation, documentation of business processes, and creation of requirement specifications.
• English: Good communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German or other languages spoken within the EMEA region.
