What you will do

• Administer Sitecore CMS, overseeing architecture, templates, component libraries, and user permissions.
• Own technical components for web launches and coordinate deployment schedules with IT and marketing.
• Oversee QA and testing processes to ensure seamless user journeys across all browsers and devices.
• Apply technical SEO best practices and monitor core web vitals to drive measurable site performance.
• Partner with IT to implement new website functionality and information architecture improvements.
• Provide tier-one technical support and maintain detailed documentation of workflows and assets.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico City.
• 4-6 years of experience managing commercial enterprise CMS platforms (Sitecore strongly preferred).
• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proven track record of managing web operations in a B2B environment.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Proficiency with GA4 and the ability to interpret data for non-technical audiences.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies, including sprint planning.
