What you will do
- Lead B2B strategy, revenue, and operations, reporting directly to the CEO & Founder.
- Own the full P&L, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in business and government sectors.
- Develop and execute the GTM strategy, identifying key verticals and partnership opportunities.
- Create the B2B playbook, including sales motions, onboarding, and success metrics.
- Establish B2B pricing models for enterprise and government clients.
- Manage a B2B Product Manager and dedicated engineering resources to align the roadmap with business goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or general management.
- Demonstrated experience owning a P&L and achieving measurable revenue outcomes.
- Track record of building and scaling sales teams in high-growth environments.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product and Engineering teams.
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Experience selling to governments or large enterprises is a strong advantage.
Nice to have
- Experience in a B2C company that successfully expanded into B2B.
- Passion for education, language learning, or AI-driven products.
