What you will do

• Plan and execute clinical studies from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Manage clinical study teams, identify external vendors, and oversee budget allocation.
• Develop quality and risk management plans, conduct feasibility studies, and implement subject recruitment strategies.
• Prepare clinical operation documents, including ethics committee materials and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate the supply and management of clinical research drugs and equipment.
• Oversee clinical monitoring plans and manage internal/external communications with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in life sciences, preferably clinical medicine or pharmacology.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical research or quality management.
• Proficiency in ICH GCP and NMPA GCP guidelines.
• Excellent oral and written English proficiency.
• Experience working within foreign pharmaceutical companies is preferred.
