What you will do

• Create high-quality character animations using Maya, Blender, or 3DS Max, ensuring they meet technical and artistic requirements.
• Implement keyframe animation techniques to produce believable character performances with focus on weight and timing.
• Integrate, clean, and refine motion capture data using MotionBuilder to ensure seamless gameplay integration.
• Collaborate with programmers to implement custom animation features and functionality into the game engine.
• Maintain animation assets using Perforce and document processes for internal knowledge sharing.
• Iterate on animations based on feedback from stakeholders to ensure quality and artistic vision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of professional, independent experience as an Animator.
• Portfolio demonstrating a solid grasp of visual aesthetics and technical sensibility.
• Must be able to work fully onsite at the studio campus in Manizales, Colombia.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Maya, Blender, or 3DS Max.
• Experience with MotionBuilder for mocap data integration and cleanup.
• Familiarity with game development pipelines and version control systems like Perforce.
