TL;DR

Mobile Staff Software Engineer (Flutter/Native): Building and optimizing core mobile infrastructure for a global financial platform with an accent on scalability, performance, and server-driven UI. Focus on removing legacy dependencies and designing scalable architecture to support billions of customers.

Location: Hybrid (2-3 times/week) in Belo Horizonte, Campinas, Rio de Janeiro, or Sao Paulo, Brazil

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain core mobile infrastructure components using Flutter and native frameworks.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure high stability for millions of users.
  • Lead strategic technical initiatives to evolve the mobile app experience and design system.
  • Implement server-driven UI, dependency injection, and modularization strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove legacy dependencies and scale the app infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in mobile development at a strategic leadership level.
  • Strong technical expertise in Flutter and/or native mobile development (Android/iOS).
  • Deep understanding of mobile architecture, modularization, and software engineering principles.
  • Experience with server-driven UI and performance optimization.
  • English: Strong communication skills required to explain complex concepts.
  • Location: Must be based in Brazil and able to work hybrid (2-3 days/week) in specified cities.

Nice to have

  • Experience with backend technologies integrated with mobile apps.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems and large-scale app architecture.
  • Contributions to internal SDKs, libraries, or mobile design systems.
  • Experience leading global teams.
