What you will do

• Design, develop, and operationally deploy scalable, AI-enabled data solutions within the CDAO ADA IR program.
• Shape and deploy data pipelines, pre-processing workflows, and feature engineering strategies.
• Implement machine learning services within secure, containerized environments.
• Collaborate with product managers, full-stack developers, and platform engineers to build decision-support tools.
• Transform raw data into meaningful insights for mission stakeholders at Combatant Commands.

Requirements

• Top Secret / SCI Clearance (Must have to start).
• 4+ years of experience in applied data science, machine learning engineering, or data pipeline development.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed data frameworks such as Spark, Databricks, or PySpark.
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of specialized experience (or equivalent experience/certification).
• Ability to work onsite in a SCIF environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with ML libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, XGBoost, or MLflow.
• Familiarity with MLOps, API development, and secure cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Palantir Foundry).
• Strong understanding of data validation, model testing, and performance evaluation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Plotly, or Matplotlib.
