What you will do

• Lead the Irish wholesale business with full P&L responsibility to drive revenue and market share.
• Develop and execute the Irish market strategy, aligning sales and operational priorities.
• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with audiologists, retail partners, and distributors.
• Serve as the Registered Director, ensuring legal, tax, and governance compliance with Irish statutory requirements.
• Manage the commercial launch and introduction of new products and solutions to the market.
• Provide strategic insights, forecasting, and performance reporting to regional leadership.

Requirements

• Commercial leadership experience in medical devices, audiology, or related healthcare sectors.
• Proven track record of managing P&L responsibility and commercial acumen.
• Experience building strategic customer relationships and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Must be eligible to act as an Irish Resident Director and meet statutory compliance requirements.
