What you will do

• Guide design, development, and deployment of modern Laravel-based applications as senior developer.
• Architect and lead migration from legacy CodeIgniter to Laravel, focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Leverage AI tools like Claude Code for development acceleration, refactoring, testing, and documentation.
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and foster knowledge-sharing.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies via Microsoft Teams and track time/deliverables.
• Stay current with security practices and promote user-first design.

Requirements

• 8+ years full-stack PHP development with deep Laravel expertise
• Proven experience migrating from CodeIgniter to Laravel
• Excellent proficiency in Vue.js, HTML, CSS/SASS/LESS
• Git, Unix/Linux CLI, RESTful APIs
• Legally authorized to work in the US; ability to obtain government clearance
• Strong communication and user-centric thinking

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science
