What you will do

• Take technical ownership of an existing public sector solution, maturing it towards stable and predictable operations.
• Drive solution architecture and technical design, focusing on scalability, resilience, and performance.
• Develop and enhance backend functionality and integrations using Java and Spring Boot.
• Handle operational tasks including troubleshooting, incident root cause analysis, and preventive measures.
• Implement robust delivery flows using GitOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, developer guides, and operational manuals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Java and modern backend development.
• Proficiency with container-based development and operations (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with structured GitOps and CI/CD workflows (e.g., GitLab).
• Fluency in Danish, both written and spoken, is required.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite full time in Copenhagen.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
