What you will do

• Manage official social media accounts, including roadmap development, content planning, scheduling, and daily operations.
• Conduct regular reviews and analysis of social media performance to optimize content effectiveness and distribution efficiency.
• Plan and execute content-driven campaigns, including UGC events and KOL/KOC collaborations.
• Identify and track short-video content trends to produce creative assets aligned with the brand's IP style.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or content promotion within the games industry.
• Deep knowledge of major Chinese social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Rednote, Kwai) and their user preferences.
• Strong copywriting and creative content production skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required as a working language.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in Shanghai.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.

Nice to have

• Experience with casual games or IP-driven titles.
• Proven success in managing official social media accounts or personal influencer channels.
• Experience in producing PGC/UGC content.
• Expertise in producing image or video content.
