What you will do

• Drive and support strategic initiatives across product, operations, growth, and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, marketing, and business stakeholders.
• Help define priorities, improve processes, and execute high-impact projects.
• Analyze user feedback, business metrics, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to experimentation, optimization, and scaling efforts across different areas of the business.
• Support the launch and ongoing improvement of new products, features, and internal initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in product, operations, strategy, business, or related functions.
• Strong interest in AI, emerging technologies, and digital products.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in high-growth, fast-changing environments.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive initiatives from idea to execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and user experience.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
