What you will do

• Lead product design for the Commodities Business Unit, ensuring UX consistency across data-rich products.
• Define and drive the overall product design vision and standards for high-quality cross-platform experiences.
• Deliver end-to-end features from discovery and prototyping to developer-ready specifications for web and mobile.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape problem definitions and implement user-centered solutions.
• Analyze user behaviors and pain points in the commodity domain to simplify complex workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital product design for SaaS or enterprise tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a comprehensive design process.
• Expertise in Figma and advanced prototyping.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Athens, Greece.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in management or as a team lead.
• Familiarity with commodities, finance, or trading domains.
• Experience experimenting with AI tools to optimize design workflows.
